1. Prepare the Paperwork
Autofill Paperwork
1. Create a "Transaction" - Go to the listing on NWMLS and click the TransactionDesk shortcut
2. Add Offer Info - Define the purchase price, offer date, and closing date.
3. Add Contacts - Add contacts that you will become signers and reviewers for the paperwork.
4. Add Forms - Add the NWMLS forms you want to auto-fill, e.g. the inspection contingency.
5. Add Documents - Add some of the documents the listing agent uploaded, e.g. the legal description.
Edit Paperwork
1. Edit Forms - After you setup the transactions, you an click into each form to edit it and save your changes.
2. Repeat as Needed - If you want to change your offer, edit these forms before proceeding to a signing.
