Responsibilities

Duties

respond to instant chat, calls, texts, and emails; continue daytime broker chats/texts
take/annotate screenshots and record screencasts to answer questions visually
save screenshots, screencasts, and explanations answers for reuse

Weekdays

agents hear back from you right away on instant chat and text
agents can get on a call with you unless you are helping another agent
you are near your computer

Weekends

agents hear back from you within 10 minutes over instant chat or text
agents can get on a call with you 30 minutes unless you are helping another agent
you can be by your computer within 60 minutes

Outcomes

questions are restated back to clarify and confirm
agents do not go to someone else for help or to ask the same question
agents give unsolicited praise about your help, and do not hesitate about it if asked
agents are made aware of any mistakes they've made that you notice while helping them
